1. SPONSOR

The Studio Stockhome Limited Edition Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Studio Stockhome LLC, 4053 Harlan St, Ste 210, Emeryville, CA 94608 (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There is one primary method of entry and an opportunity to earn additional entries through Instagram.

Email Entry — 1 Entry

During the Promotion Period, visit the Studio Stockhome Giveaway page and complete the entry form with your first name and a valid email address.

Limit one (1) email entry per person and per email address.

Providing your Instagram handle is optional for entry, but required to receive Instagram bonus entries. Your handle will only be used to identify and verify those bonus entries.

By submitting the email entry form, you agree to receive marketing emails from Studio Stockhome. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Instagram Bonus Entries — Up to 5 Additional Entries

After entering by email, you may earn up to five (5) additional entries by:

1. Following @studiostockhome on Instagram; and
2. Tagging a friend in a comment on the official Studio Stockhome Giveaway post.

Each unique friend tagged earns one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of five (5) Instagram bonus entries per person.

Each tagged friend must be a different, valid Instagram account. Duplicate tags, tags of the same account more than once, fake or inactive accounts, celebrity accounts, brand accounts, or tags generated through automated means will not qualify for additional entries.

You must follow @studiostockhome at the time the Giveaway closes for your Instagram bonus entries to be eligible.

A maximum of six (6) entries per person is permitted: one (1) email entry and up to five (5) Instagram bonus entries.

Entries that are incomplete, automated, submitted using bots, multiple identities or multiple email addresses, or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive two (2) complete Studio Stockhome Limited Edition Collections, consisting of eight (8) candles total:

• Two (2) Ginseng candle
• Two (2) Noble Fir candle
• Two (2) Black Plum candle
• Two (2) Chu Xi candle

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $400 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize component becomes unavailable.

Sponsor will ship the prize to a valid U.S. shipping address. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On October 31, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted on the Giveaway entry form.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

Sponsor may verify any Instagram bonus entries claimed by the potential winner, including confirming that the entrant follows @studiostockhome and that qualifying friend tags were made on the official Giveaway post during the Promotion Period.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, cannot verify claimed entries, or fails to provide the requested information, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

Sponsor will never require payment or banking information to claim the prize.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Instagram and Meta Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability associated with the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Studio Stockhome and not Instagram or Meta.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, Instagram handle, city, and state for Giveaway-related promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor Rights. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or otherwise invalid entries or for technical, network, website, email, Instagram, or other failures that may interfere with participation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or automated means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Studio Stockhome’s privacy policy. Entrants who submit the email entry form agree to receive marketing communications from Studio Stockhome and may unsubscribe at any time.

Governing Law. These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Winner Information. To request the winner’s name, contact Studio Stockhome within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion Period.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to these Official Rules.
