Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders $90 and over ship for free. Otherwise, we have a flat fee of $9.95 for all candle orders and $3.95 for scented cards. Candles ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Scented cards ship via USPS First Class Mail.

We ship within 2-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) with USPS or UPS. Most shipments take 2 to 5 days. 

Please contact us for shipping times if packages must arrive by a specific date.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control. While we wish we could oversee every step, the ultimate delivery process is beyond our control. Regrettably, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout using UPS Standard Service. Contact us for shipping quotes to all other destinations. 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original and unused condition along with all packaging.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please email us here with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange. 

If you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package.
