DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders $100 and over ship for free. Otherwise, we have a flat fee of $9.95 for all candle orders and $3.95 for scented cards. Candles ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS.

We ship within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Most shipments take 2 to 5 days. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout using UPS Standard Service. Contact us for shipping quotes to all other destinations.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original and unused condition along with all packaging.

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.

If you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package.

A few habits that extend the life of your candle and keep it burning well.

Burn Time The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn for 3 hours, or until the wax surface is fully melted. This ensures an even burn and prevents tunneling. For best results, burn for 2–3 hours at a time. Do not burn longer than 4 hours.

Wick Trimming Before each lighting, trim the wick to ¼ inch. This ensures a stable flame and reduces soot. Straighten the wick if needed, and remove any debris once the candle has cooled.

"Mushrooming" Carbon buildup can appear on the wick after extended burns. If this occurs, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool, trim the wick, and remove any debris before relighting.

Safety Burn within sight, away from drafts, on a stable heat-resistant surface. Keep away from children and pets. Never burn near flammable materials. Allow to cool completely before handling.
