Orders $90 and over ship for free. Otherwise, we have a flat fee of $9.95 for all candle orders and $3.95 for scented cards. Candles ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS.
We ship within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Most shipments take 2 to 5 days.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control. While we wish we could oversee every step, the ultimate delivery process is beyond our control. Regrettably, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Candle Care and Safety
Our candles reflect our commitment to fine craftsmanship. The highest quality fragrance oils are blended with an all-natural soy, coconut, and beeswax blend to create a luxuriously rich, clean-burning candle. Follow these candle care tips to enhance longevity and ensure safe burning.
Burn Time
The first time you burn your candle, allow it to burn for about 3 hours, or until the surface is fully melted. This helps your candle burn evenly and prevents tunneling.
For best results, burn for 2–3 hours at a time. Avoid burning longer than 4 hours.
Wick Trimming
Before each lighting, trim the wick to ¼ inch. This ensures a stable flame and reduces soot, allowing your candle to burn cleanly and safely. Straighten the wick if needed, and remove any debris once the candle has cooled.
“Mushrooms”
Carbon “mushrooms” can appear on heavily fragranced or over-burned candles. If this occurs, extinguish your candle, allow it to cool, trim the wick, and remove any debris before relighting.
Additional Safety Tips
Always burn candles within sight, away from drafts, and on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn near flammable materials. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling.
