Allow the wax to melt completely across the surface, approximately 3 hours, to help prevent tunneling.

Every Burn
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting. For best results, burn for 2–3 hours at a time and never longer than 4 hours.

it is ok

it is ok. I thought it would be more pungent and like a pure Hinoki scent but it has that "candle smell" as much as anything.For me, it's not worth the high price tag.
